App takes FOREVER to open. The start button never starts the program the first time, and once it starts, also takes forever to start the show, often causing one to miss the very beginning. Cuts off on the hour, exactly, regardless of whether the program has been completed. Horrible. The old app was infinitely better.

This is the worst app yet. It won't work on my tablet a Galaxy sm-T290 which runs os10. This has been a constant problem since this supposedly new app was created! I've been back and forth with developers, techs and reps but no one has solved this problem ! Just updated this app on my android devices and it STILL doesn't work. PATHETIC to put it mildly!

This app was improved greatly but due to the fact that the in-app remote control was removed and I am no longer able to change channels remotely this app is still sorely lacking. Optimum (finally) giveth and taketh away. Not happy.

Constantly breaks. Constantly doesn't interact with boxes. Constantly needs restart. Appreciate that I can watch TV on my phone, but this app is horrendous im every way imaginable. This would've been a poor showing in 2010 but today? Eesh

I would NOT recommend this app. It sucks. It doesn't update and it doesn't have all the functions of the remote. Additionally, you can NOT watch it on ANY device. It keeps giving me error messages and difficult to watch.

Horrible, it takes forever to load the content. Then you have to wait another ten minutes for the programming to load. The wifi is horrible, that Altice stuff is not it 😡
