With the money we pay each month for cable, internet and telephone you'd think Optimum could spread a little money to the tech team to make this app work properly and efficiently. Everytime I click on the app to try and do something, it doesn't work. Gonna switch back to Fios.!! Fios is so much more user friendly!!

App does not work any longer on my Android tablet and phone. Same problem everyone else is having; namely, "spinning wheel" only and will not connect to selected channel. Called customer service which is awful. Long wait times and representative had no clue as to when the app would be fixed. I asked to speak to a technical department supervisor and was told by this supervisor that there were no plans to fix the app and it would be discontinued.

Like many others, watching TV on the app is no longer working. Called Optimum 2 weeks ago and was informed it was an issue in my area and they were working on it. Calling again now! We are Paying for this! Ok, Optimum took 7 hours to call back, rep. Had no idea what I was talking about. Transferred me to Tech Support, waited half hour on hold and then hung up. Ridiculous! My next call will be to speak to a supervisor in which I'll ask for a Solution or a Decrease in bill, or Cancellation.

Doesn't work. Fix it. Will not work on Samsung phone or tablet. You get all the way to the channel and all u see is a black screen. Worked fine a day ago. All if a sudden we get a black screen. Fix the app. We pay enough and should be able to use this app. They care if u don't pay your bill on time, but can't even fix the app. Give the app to Android and let them fix it.

Developer does NOT care about the app anymore. Doesn't work on any android phones or tablets (including latest OS). Black screen with the blue circle of death. Hasn't been updated since 2017. Complain on their Facebook page & it gets taken down. Very disappointing. Should be ZERO stars.

Everyone has basically said what I have been experiencing and it is July 2020. So, just adding this: This app will also not work on LG Android OS phones, whether you are using a 2G, 5G, or data connection. It has been over 6 years and I would have thought they would have updated it. The only thing it has had is a facelift--it looks more user friendly. That's it. And it's a real bummer when you just wanna rock out to music videos from the 80's. Sorry, my dudes. Please fix it? This decade?
