This is a terribly designed app with a terrible user interface. I spent a good 5 to 10 minutes just setting the app up, figuring out how to get my payment information into it, and figuring out how to authorize the charge station. at the end of that 10 minutes the charge station didn't even work. I'd strongly recommend that the company behind this app hire some actual designers to work on the human machine interface. This seems to be the work of a committee of incompetent baboons.

Can not get the app to scan my credit card. Does not have an option to manually enter the information. After some time trying to enter CC data using the app and website I was able to establish an account. The app allows you to use your phone to scan a QR code on the charging station to establish a charging session but the app crashes every time I tried to use the scanner feature. The charging station allowed for entering my email address which was the only way to maintain a charging session.

While the physical chargers have gotten better over the years the app needed to activate the chargers remains dated, buggy, or non-functional. The cellular service needes by the chargers to allow the chargers to communicate does not appear to be robust for use in all locations this makes the user experience incredibly frustrating every time I try to use the service.
