While playing music files from thumbdrive, if I stop the song and select a differrent either the song wont play or the title on the song will display the previous song title. The only way around is to shut the Oppo 205 down, shut down media controller. Then restart Oppo 205, then restart the media controller. Also the pure audio mode kicks itself off (display lights back up should remain off while pure mode is engaged). Oppo how did you release such junk on us? We are paying big bucks to get a polished end product. It seems that by the many others having issues as well that your software developer did a lousy job....my old Oppo 105 had no such issues. Might be good to hire someone who knows what they are doing!!!!!

It's a good app to control the Blu-ray player.

I am glad I am not the only one who has the same problems as other people. I have a 5 TB hard drive connected via USB to my UDP-205. The app connects and reads the folders for a while, then disconnects and I have to reboot or turn on the TV and use the main remote to browse my folders. For a company that has done so much to create such an amazing machine, you could do just a little more and improve what could be a great app.

SMB network access to media files is too buggy to be usable, directory jumplists don't work, night mode setting defaults back to day mode when app is exited. Don't know what else is wrong: I went back to my 10x device as a media streamer. If handheld-controlled media streaming is important to you, don't bother updating to a 20x device: you'll just be disappointed.

Super buggy. Won't browse or load more 20 or so folders in a network share. Constantly freezes or crashes the UDP-203. Basically useless unless you luck out and it works for a few min.

App works well for about 5 songs, then seems to disconnect from the player and lose control. Turning off and restarting the actual BD player is the only remedy, only to go through the same issues again
