Very lousy service. I ordered online from your store for the very first time. But, it turned out to be very dissapointing. Quality of packed products doesn't look good from outside, looked stale. Some of the packets like oil were leaking which had ruined other products too. Also, the billing was not correct as some extra products were added which I didn't ordered. And for replacement had to call delivery guy and store manager several times but to no avail.

The app doesn't prompt to provide permission to read SMS. It auto reads the it. Shouldn't it be asking for permission? Atleast give the user option to provide permission.

My previous experiences were good...but sometimes the items delivered are about to expire very soon.it will be beneficial for us if you display expiry dates with the products 🙏

The items noted on the app aren't a complete list of your shop inventory . Therefore it needs to be revised. As far as the experience itself is concerned very often there's a substitution of the item requested or the size of a pack requested is replaced by another . There's a repeated need to call up somebody at the store to correct either an incorrect item delivered or replacement of an appropriate sized pack
