Hard ro navigate UI. Some tickets that require "Additional demographic information" doesn't let you update that information ob the confirmation page (like the website does) or redirect you to you profile page. Unless you've seen that before on the desktop site, you wouldn't know what you need to update in order to place an order. EDIT: latest update fixed the additional information issue.

I've created an account and wanted to request tickets. Got an email saying to confirm that I still wanted tickets. Everytime I went to sign in, it said incorrect password. So I went to reset my password and even with a new password it still says incorrect password. So I created a new account, completely new password.... Still says incorrect password. Can't get ahold of support to correct anything. So tickets are probably lost now for the Kelly Clarkson show that my mom was excited about.

i just love it!!! ive always wondered how people got involve in being oart of the audience, and now i know and the fact that is free. gives us all a chance to do something out of the norm, rich or poor you can get a chance to get tickets. love it!!!
