This is the official app of the Western Social Science Association (WSSA) 59th Annual Conference. This year’s conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco (Embarcadero) in San Francisco, CA, April 12 – 15, 2017.

Using the app, you’ll be able to browse the WSSA 2017 program schedule and build your own itinerary. You can also check out session descriptions, view general event information, and get timely updates through our Twitter feed.

Since its founding as the Rocky Mountain Social Science Association in 1958, the WSSA has pursued its mission to foster professional study, to advance research, and to promote the teaching of social science. Drawing on scholars from 30 disciplines from across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, the annual conference presents a unique opportunity for multi- and inter-disciplinary learning and collaborations.

To register for WSSA 2017, please visit http://www.wssaweb.com/sections.html, select the section that most closely fits your field, and follow the instructions underneath the section coordinator’s information. Papers, panels, and posters must be submitted by December 1st, 2016.
