Hard to sign up for an account. I tried using either Facebook and Google to sign up but it keeps giving me an error. I want to order something but before I can do that I HAVE to log in. Why can't you have a Guest sign-in feature as an option when signing up for this app is an absolute pain? It also takes forever to send the OTP to the email. Why not use cell phone numbers instead? The app is a great idea but the execution os said idea is VERY POOR

I thought it can be available with my address for pick-up location at any sm near me. I try to set up my address but can't let me finish i requires my email but it's grayed out which u cant fill in. dam app. it needs a lot of improvement. hate it

I cannot type my password upon login it in my android phone something went wrong from the keyboard which I did not experienced from the other apps. Otherwise I tried to test it by installing the same app from another phone (ios) I can perfectly fine with it. In this case I deleted the app in my android phone. Please debug this!

Needs improvement. There is a problem on the cart section, some added items doesn't show, you cannot refresh/reload it as well. Even closing and re-opening the app, the error is still the same

For those having difficulties logging in through the app or website, just go to fb, search for their official ShopSM page, and click Shop Now... That works better and faster.

After the update on March 30 2021, the app has too many features not working properly or even not working at all. I can't log in, text suggestions not working on this app. Can't add or edit addresses.
