Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CQUniversity Mobile App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Only been using this for a month or two as a STEPS student, it's helpful but a bit unreliable. The app seems to have technical difficulties quite often, which is just super annoying and inconvenient. The app has been non-functional for me for almost a full month now, despite multiple deletions and re-downloads. Hopefully it gets some technical attention soon.

I contacted tasac and they advised that the app is no longer necessary to use. According to email I received just head to MyCQU on any device and login using student id and password. To save MyCQU to your home screen on your mobile, just tap the share icon in safari browser for Apple devices or tap the three vertical dots in Chrome for Android device and select 'add to home screen'. I hope this helps everyone. 🙂

This app is no longer working for me either, I have Samsung s21. I am a busy mum with alot of appointments with my Autistic son. I rely on this app to keep up to date with my emails and studies while I'm out. Not helpful for it to be not working.

Got a Samsung galaxy s10 5g. Before the update i could get in and now it won't even go to the sign in screen anymore. Cqu fix this problem now

Unable to access at all this week. Goes to load a page then it remains blank. This is not helpful when I study whilst travelling to and from work..
