App will not let me login or sign up for a new account. Completely broken

The app never works correctly. It constantly signs the user out. Many of the links within the app do not lead to anything but rather ask user to download more apps. Instead of enhancing the user experience at an event, I am filled with dread any time I am required to use it. If this app was not required to access my tickets I would never use it.

Using the app for parking is a nightmare. The inability to zoom or otherwise move the QR Code around on the screen to get it into a position where the scanner can read the code is a problem. The workaround is to take a screenshot of the code, so I can zoom it in and move it around on the screen, but that's a step I shouldn't have to take. It sometimes takes a few refreshes on my ticket listing for it to sync up with my Ticketmaster account to pull down my season tickets/parking passes too.

Absolutely terrible. Must create multiple accounts (Red Wings, Ticketmaster, The District Detroit...). Then YOU must link them all. At that point, you use email to transfer tickets to other members of your party. They accept, but it doesn't work. They get a very cavalier message titled "These things happen". Fortunately, life presents many other options and opportunities. Chose ANY of them over this.

Terrible terrible terrible. Tried signing up an account and kept receiving an error of invalid information. Turns out I already had an account. Such a simple and very effective piece of app development are informative errors when something is wrong. Not to mention, the app is horribly slooooooooowwww!! Definitely a piece of amateur work at it's finest. Wtg Xfinity!

This app is terribly designed and implemented. It is simply a browser within an app that doesn't work as intended. It is slow and chunky. Also, the parking pre purchase option constantly crashes when attempting to interface with the third party parking service (Park whiz).
