Subscriber price is to much expensive

After paying for the subscription, the app stopped Working/finding results. Tried restoring purchases, and something a pop-up notification in Arabic, with a green check mark indicates success. Yet the app doesn't function. Contacted the developer through the app (twice), yet no luck Update: The developers contacted me and I never got an answer in regards to why the "annonymous message feature" doesn't work. Still doesn't work and it never did.

1- Too much adds. 2- Just started the app and tried to make a search for a number and it gave me an error that I have exceded the allowable attempts! 3- They request to mange my phone calls!

I should be able to purchase the points without sending stupid invitations, subscription prices are way too expensive and no way to justify the amount unless you use it more the hundreds time a day.
