This is a totally worthless product. They provide instructions only on how to put money in, but not how your children can use the account. No FAQ, no guide, nothing. I've told them to give me a refund and told my school to dump this program. Customer service is also worthless. They forwarded my email for help to my school's people. You can't explain how to use your own product to a customer? You need to close up shop.
