App plug in doesn't give enough info. It seems to get its GPS wrong(or tells you there is a GPS anomaly on alerts) and tells you your car health is bad, then doesn't' give any further information. Not sure what it really does except give me a discount on my insurance.

Not sure if it's the App or the odb dongle that is a problem. Had to replace 2 dongles for 2 of my cars and the issue is still there. It has reported 5 instances in one second. I have a kia rio 2009 and a dodge caravan 2015 not some dance sports car where this could be possible. I am just keeping this device since I will at least get the 5% discount. If not it's just a piece of garbage setup for one to fail. Oh and yes I was now also told that my car is all of a sudden not compatible with this.

Excellent app. It really defines how good your defensive driving is. Can't argue against facts and constantly aware of good driving habits.

Scam. No idea about the app because how can I use it? CAA should know and should have told me that the device itself is not compatible with ANY Ford Focus or Escape or who knows how many other cars that have the OBD port behind a panel. CAA rep even refused to escalate the concern to the sales team so I KNOW they know about it. Just another empty sales promise scam. I guess my rates are going up 5%.... 🤬

Just got my dongle for the car. Installed easily. The accompanying app though is really annoying. I would like to check my driving from time to time. It takes forever for the app to load the login info! Quite often it just freezes. I would have thought that a corporate made app would work better than this. Very frustrated.

Only been able to log in once since I got my sensor. App is useless.
