There were three troublesome instances, I was never once given the free promotional Jenni Rivera Divina Cosmetic item one would receive with paid purchase. Even after continuously calling and speaking to Jenni Rivera employees and also having sent them email after email I was flat out ignored. They claim the free item was added to my shipped orders but after thoroughly checking each of the packages and the packing material there was never any sign of the supposed free Divina Cosmetic items to be found anywhere. I suggest you think twice when ordering with this online Jenni Rivera store, you may never see any sign of those free with purchase items the promise but just cheat you. Always Remember Buyer Beware... When shopping at the Jenni Rivera online store.
