Great app. Love the ability to toggle between pdf view and reader view. And I love that the reader view is customisable. You can have multiple profiles too (if you have more than 1 library account). Downloading books great, However, it is a shame that I can't dolwnload books/magazines to my SD card, rather than the phone. Also, when you return a book it doesn't really delete it from your phone so the app continuously grows in size. You need to clear its cache manually.

Uninstalling and re-installing for Nth time.... Writing this for the Nth time. If customer support actually exists, please correct the storage issue. The app gradually takes all available memory, regardless of whether you return magazines. It's used by major libraries, perhaps they should apply some pressure. It is not that difficult to do and only requires the will of the team to do things right.

More and more bugs. Now cannot delete or return anything. Message "We were unable to hide the emagazine". Why do you keep breaking this app?! Do you ever test anything? Even when you could return items, I notice the files are still on the device. Over time it consumes many Gigabytes with No apparent way to delete. Eventually found the system files myself and deleted. Utter junk from one version to the next!

2nd UPDATE: when listening to articles using text to speech, it stops after each article and forces you to close that article, move to next one, and then choose text to speech again. Is there a way to automatically go to the next article? Great app. I would have given give stars if there was a feature to read the text. Update: July 10, 2020: I'm changing my rating to five stars, because the version I just installed on my tablet has text to speech as part of the app features. Great job!

Linked to my library account, like subscribing online to my favorite magazines. Articles load fast and navigation is easy with both page view and, even better, article view. Here is a Suggested improvement for magazine text reading mode navigation The text reader would be better if user could page forward or backwards with with a single click our by tilting the smart-phone forward or backwards a few degrees, such as is provided by the pdf reader Moon Reader.

Every now and then I have to uninstall the app and reload again when it freezes and won't upload my latest magazines. But apart from that minor inconvenience, love being able to read all the latest magazines for free all in one place. Looking forward to reading more over the Christmas Season. 😊
