18 Mar 2019: The map marker is missing in the Google map when viewing location. Similarly cannot see the map marker when viewing location history so this feature is as good as useless. The marker has been missing for few weeks and Oaxis still has not addressed this issue or provided a patch to fix it. Issue happens across different Android phones. My current version is v1.1.5. Update 6 April 2019: Map issue has been fixed few days ago, thanks Oaxis.

Can't pass pairing screen. The pairing screen using QR method takes forever, and when it's done, it just pops "Invalid Binding Code" error, which is really nonsense. The product says it supports 3G signal, and I put in my 4G sim card, can it be the problem? Nobody is using 3G in Singapore!

works well on iphone but terrible on android oreo. all functions in settings just gives a blank screen. Can receive but cannot make calls. Can only send chat recordings. No pop-ups when notifications received. Only going into the app then you'll see them. Android side REALLY needs a lot of work. Come on, besides ios there's still android. ignoring the android crowd is not going to help push your products. Was skeptical until I experienced first hand the difficulties using android.

The app still embeded with virus ... Android/Packed.TencentProtect.B (variant). Please promtly resolve the problem which already exist for quite sometime. This app contains the virus ... Android/SecapK.F ... Pls look into the problem.

No notifications on phone. This is critical for a kids product that claims that it contributes to child safety. One cannot possibly check one's phone all the time. One comment on notifications was posted 8mths ago but the developer has not responded.
