Took away my points and refuses to give me a gift card because the app also has attached an email doesn't even exist! Yahoo terminated that account and yet Yahoo is accusing me of having "more than one Program account." How can I have two emails if one email has been deleted, Yahoo? EDIT: I have contacted you. You gave me a bot response. Hence I mentioned the "more than one Program account." I sent images showing that email doesn't exists. You refuse to respond further, give human response.

i changed my rating to 1 star. i just recently used 700 points on 2 verizon coupons, only received 1 this evening, and it expired in july, so unless this is resolved and my points added back to my account for something i didnt receive and can't use, im thinking about unistalling the app again and leave my bad review here. I did email support, so hopefully I hear something back soon from them about giving me my points back. That's what im waiting on before I make my final decision on what to do.

Boring videos, poor customer setvice, and 250 points a day limit makes this a waste of time. i have no motivation to play for 40 days to get the top prize just because you "update content daily". Fyi throwing out buzzwords and flat out lying about things does not count as customer service or help, it just shows you don't care. If who ever developed this knew how to run it so people wouldn't have to talk to brick walls called support, maybe people would play. Just up the limit already and budget.

I liked the game before these new rules/updates. It's great that you can collect points and it's there for the whole year. The fact that you can just collect 250 points per day, is just annoying and horrible. This will take forever to collect points to buy any gift cards. It would be great if you guys go back on the previous point system. I liked playing this trivias, but this maxium of 250 points per day puts me off.

I have not attempted to use a gift card yet but once I do I will change my review accordingly. A lot of these good reviews might seem fake especially with the amount of choosing beggars on here, but so far this app has been great. For all the people that are upset that they cannot earn a $10 gift card in one day on this app, you are just being silly. All you are doing is answering a couple of easy questions. You shouldn't expect to get paid so quickly. This app is better than a lot of others.

GET. MORE. GIFT CARDS. That is literally the only suggestion people are giving you. Stop lying that you update prizes daily because you don't. Stop just getting 1 or 2 cards after a slew of negative reviews so you can claim you are updating. Stop talking about lifetime points unless you are dropping it, because we don't care. Stop saying you are going to change soon, because you have a track record of deception. We will not be supporting sponsorships or watching for no reason. Cards. That's it
