I have earned 20000 diamonds over the course of a month and a half which resulted in $38 worth of free tickets. It takes a lot of losing tickets to get any money from this app so the app would not be good incentive to buy scratch off tickets that you otherwise would not have purchased. However it is nice to have any additional chances at winning from a losing ticket that you would have bought no matter what. I only gave it four stars because I think it is somewhat misleading.

I have been using this app for months. I enter at least 4-5 $30 losing tickets a week and barely win anything. When I click on the large prize drawings it always says I don't have any entries. I have friends that enter $1 losing tickets and win way more than my numerous $30 entries! So sick of NYL horrible second chance games.

Game is fun and ok to scan losing tickets and get a second chance at winning but after the first few weeks of play instead of winning a few dollars for new tickets you win a spin that you can win money or free plays and free plays are useless. And most of the times the spin lands on free plays. So it's pointless once you get to that stage in the game.

The New York "Robbery" app is just like the games they offer. Bad, bad, bad....I get it, the State needs to make some dough. Give people a fair chance to win though. The more losing tickets you scan, the more chances to play, great, but you don't win anything after the first few spins. Literally, went through 100 plays and won, wait for it, ZERO. Bedside the fact I tried to join the "bi-monthly drawing for the $5k prize. Won't let me join because it say I haven't scanned any tickets, really!!!

They never update the app to fix the bugs and problems that occurred with this app. When you change your device you can't even sign back in, you have to create a new account. And this post goes for all the NYL apps. Plus there's a problem scanning tickets anyway that always occurred on other devices with the NYL apps.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Absolutely worst app ever. I got 5 exact same spins in a row each should have paid something. To which I got zero. And all you win is more horribly rigged lottery tickets. I bought 8 tickets in a row with odds of a payout of 1:3.92 and didn't win anything. So tired of this state and there ploys to get money!!?!?!?
