The app works great majority of the time, maybe a couple of minor flaws in the system, but overall, it is very easy to navigate. I do appreciate how we, as fandoms, can help support our groups' comebacks through polls and advertisements. My only issue that I've encountered while using IDOL CHAMP is the roulette system. There are times when the wheel will malfunction and not give any ruby chamsim at all, allowing my spin to be wasted on nothing. A repair is very much-needed.

One of the better kpop voting apps for sure! Though lately, ads seem to crash more often than not, I keep ending up with a white screen with code displayed, the exit button broken, and I have to fully restart the app. It still has a timer after that, but no points get counted. Itd be no problem if it was every once and a while, but currently its nearly every ad that crashes like this, it makes it hard to gather chamsims for my favorite group's upcoming comeback.

The ads keep having playback issues and it won't give me my hearts //Update: The latest version hasn't fixed anything at all.//Let me just edit to explain the ad situation, it doesn't just say there's no ads available and try again, no it throws a screen full of code at me and when I press the X button it closes and does not give any hearts or stars. This really needs to be fixed, I'm sorry, but I cannot afford to buy votes on this disappointing app.

One of the best places to support my favorite artists. Especially as an international fan. There's always polls for a chance to get my groups on magazines or subway ads to show my support and help promote them. Thankfully, I can switch the language to English (my Korean sucks, so thank you! 😭✌) the app is easy to navigate, and earning or buying hearts is a piece of cake.

The new update keeps crashing. Old version can't be used because it requires update, but after update, can't get into the app anymore so what's the point of this updated version??? Update: the app is fixed but didn't reward you, and when you contacted them with proof of completing the offer, they said it's not qualified and denied. They only reward you the tiniest amount to make you waste your time and denied big reward even tho you reached the required level of mission

I have been using this app for a few months, and keep changing the rules which makes confusing. The layout is better. I don't like the voting system. Like to vote in a poll you have to press 30 or 50 times the heart bottom. Other apps are so much efficient, you just add the number of hearts and you vote. Also, the system of fundraising a fandom ads is unusual. You have to do 2 months earlier. Plus Tapjoy missions has terrible costumer service and confusing to request. Overall is ok app
