Messing with this app yields superior results with the NuX Air amp (which is a beast). I never practice with an amp, I'm a live player mostly and setting up my gear to practice is an ordeal. This app couple's with the amp have got me practicing with more realistic vibe. My own ignorance usually made me initially wonder about connection 'problems', but it turned out to be operator error. The app works well, and allows you to dial in deeper and save settings. Looking forward to more in the future!

Wish they could develope Bass-Mid-Treble EQ for the Mighty Lite and especially for the Mighty 8 Bt. The Mighty 8 Bt also should have an acoustic amp selection as it sports a microphone channel. The mic channel should have a 3 band EQ! Ok, only Bass and Treble would be nice too. The amp should be capable for DAW recording, it has a usb interface already. I am about changing the 15 watt 8 ohm speaker of the 8Bt, I want to try a full range speaker which may handle the mic channel better.

NICE APP! Other personal amps require you to hit buttons over & over, & remember what you set it at. This is WAY BETTER! Levels could be wider, as some seem to have less effect on tone than one would hope. Drum track is great,needs to be able to be louder. Great backing tracks, but need to be ability to play through the headphones. Firmware needs abilitiy to be updated through the app. PC updating is clunky & PC app is awkward. Would benefit to have bluetooth work w/ headphones/earbuds.

Great app for a great product; perfect for both guitar and bass. Having tried many other headphone amps, I never came across anything that sounded this good and having so many options. There's effects, amp/cab simulation, play along with any Bluetooth audio source and drum beats. Only thing really missing is a built in tuner; would rate 5 stars if this is added.

I've found the same issue as someone else, it doesn't work on Samsung devices - mine is a phone rather than tablet and it can't find the Mighty Plug. I can connect for audio but not to the plug itself, so I can't actually manage amp settings or change them. As that was a key feature of the device, I'm extremely disappointed.

For the money excellent value for on the fly minimal set up practice using the Mighty Plug 2 One area where definitely room for improvement would be the ability to save more than just 4 preset tones to the mobile app. Add this functionality and would real competition for devices like the Fender Micro Mustang. An inbuilt tuner would also be handy. If the developers read this could they comment if these functionalities could be added simply by a software upgrade?
