Y'all idk if this is isolated to Android or not, but your app immediately closes after 'Connecting.' It then retries to connect, and with persistence is may succeed. Naturally, this can be very frustrating. Typically the service and product itself are typically great, although god forbid you need to use the app beyond setting it up. TL:DR: IMO, great product and subscription service, although using the app in my experience can prove frustrating and tedious. Hence 3 stars.

If this app mainly focuses on my Profile everytime I open the app I would give it a 5 star! I just do not like how it has to connects to it servers everytime I open it.

I bought the Nuraloop few days ago, I updated the nuraloop firmware and it started to disconnect irself and turning on and off repeatedly. The new firmware on the Nuraloop does not go well so far.
