Reasonably useful Hong Kong news channel, but way too many ads, all kinds of ads, just distracting and time consuming, defeating the purpose of the app - to be productive. Switching to a different app if no reduction in ads. Update Jan 2020: fewer ads now, upgraded to 3 stars. Updated April 2021: 1 star for increased ads, pop up every topic now! Or if you can provide a paid version without ads, I don't mind paying for it. I'm using HK01 now, fewer ads.

Too much advertisements. The reading experice is not smooth enough.

The live video stream truly is terrible. The stream cannot be played continuously it will intermittently stop and the user will have to restart the live stream. 2. Video quality is pixelated even after HQ is selected. 3. Video cast to smart tv or chromecast is unavailable. Other features are okay. (Netflix works fine without disconnection or pixelation so it is not a wifi cell network issue.

I have listen Now News for more than 10 years. Around 30 min morning & dusk daily. Starting from 29/Jan/2020, background data runs closing to 1GB per day. I have called customer service, reinstalled NOW News App & factory reset my mobile, there were no improvement. Everyone must be careful ! >_< ! >_< !

this app poses a security risk. pop-up ad to 3rd party website when try to watch 332 live news. If the 3rd party website is malicious / hacked, virus can be easily downloaded to the phone. iOS version will (can) not pop-up 3rd party website.
