Максимально неудобно сделали систему баллов. Раньше через интернет магазин можно было оплатить до 100% баллами, а в обычном магазине до 30%. Теперь наоборот. В итоге уже месяц выжидаю, чтобы нужную книгу привезли в магазин. Так как по интернету её заказывать не выгодно. Забронировать не вышло, так как постоянно неверно указано наличие. И ни в одном магазине города её нет, поэтому прийти и нормально выгодно потратить баллы с пользой не получается. С наличием разбирайтесь или с оплатой баллами

Сделайте авторизацию в приложении почаще. Хочу напомнить что это очень удобно, когда надо с завидной регулярностью подтверждать что покупатель ещё умеет вводить цифры из смс.
