I don't have any option to give zero stars... Customer service is bad, handle local mechanic who charge high price saying some or other spare parts has gone... Tried to call multiple times to customer care no response no proper tracking in app while booking... Horrible thing is delivery after 8 hours of service when you call them they says something is gone required some more time to delivery and delay on there promises... I didn't get an chance to post my vehicle image...God says us...

Very very very bad experience. Never ever use this app or their service They agree to an amount over call and once the work is done they demand way more than what they agreed. I would recommend people to go to nearby pit stop or service station to het their vehicle issues solved than using this. The moment you install this app you will get calls from 6 to 7 people and you will get irritated.

Really good experience. Was apprehensive seeing many complaints. Ive not been able to find time to go to a mechanic. My scooter battery has been down for months because of lockdown and not finding time to get it up and running. And now i have to start going to office again. Within an hours time, they came and my battery was replaced. So relieved. Thank you!

Initial issues were sorted by one Mr.Naveen and I am now satisfied with the resolution provided. Finally could put a voice and name to this app. Mr.Naveen was very pleasant in his approach and ensured fast resolution. Kudos. The service provided by Krishna was excellent.

My initial experience was not satisfactory on pricing after posting review, Navin from GoBumpr Team connected and resolved the issue. After sales service need to improve through customer care which is pain to connect right now, currently they are only focused sales. Though I happy with Navin from Social Media team who helped me to correct billing.

Will not recommend this app for bike servicing. Customer care will not receive call or help once service is booked. It is then you who have to manage and coordinate with garage person. Had Really bad experience. Bike servicing took two days. Instead of booking service on this apo go to nearest garage and get your bike servicing done.
