Bad experience from there Time square branch. I have ordered Bosch washing machine on 10th jun 21 and the sales guy promised the delivery on 13th Jun 21 and we haven't received any updates from them. Then we directly visited there and then they're telling that the delivery is on 14th jun. At the time of purchase they will give u fake promises. Don't fall in to there trap. After sale we are nothing to them. They will treat u like beggar. Bad salespeople they have. Full of fake promises.

Really poor in both sales and delivery.. as the mention in 3days While ordering the product and after the purchasing the product they says 2-5 working days need to wait . Weekends are holidays for them so it can't count was working day.. what I'm saying you guys have to mention this on your site or app while customer came to purchase the product.. I ask her customer care representative the exact date and he didn't can't know that and he told me to send mail to your service section..
