I used to listen to CBC Radio One, Montreal, every morning, but can't now since the old app was replaced. The new "listen live" feature looks like it is running, but there is no audio. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work. Why didn't CBC just keep the old app that worked so well?

It's a jarring change from the old apps simple and intuitive category structure. It is very hard to browse by subject/content and instead the layout is program/personality centric. This reminds me of the NPR one app launch. At least in that case they left the old news app alone. Unfortunately all this app does is drive me to reliable standbys instead like apple podcasts and Spotify where it's now easier to get my CBC content. If that seems lazy, welcome to the internet CBC 😉

Please restore the CBC Radio app which you had before August 2019, get rid of the new CBC Listen app, and fire the app designer who made the new CBC Listen app. The CBC Radio app worked great! The new CBC Listen app which you have unfortunately replaced it with does not work at all! I get nothing but "Error" and "We're sorry, something went wrong." I can't even play the CBC Radio One live stream. Why would you replace an app which works great with an app which does not work at all?

Practically unusable! What was wrong with the pervious app. My saved shows and podcasts were deleted with the "upgrade" and the app no longer works reliably with my cars Bluetooth. The previous version worked seamlessly each time I used it.

Music playlist only work within the country of Canada but the radio stations do play in the United States. Not fair to Americans and Canadian's living in usa that on air radio personnel talk about CBC music playlist but don't even mention that's only for Canadians and people inside the Canadian providences.

Please go back to the old interface with the endless scroll of panels - then just make the vert scroll button on the right bigger than it was. This new UI is very hard to navigate. Non intuitive
