Update: Still haven't received product since last email conversation. I repeat, please don't buy from these fraudsters. Horrible experience. Ordered in August and yet to receive a part of my order. Response time is too slow from the customer service and no refund also. Horrible experience. Opt for better apps which at least keep you up to date in case of delivery issues. Will never recommend or shop with this app again.

Not able to login. Whenever I tried to get OTP, error shows, somthing went wrong. Even after months and updating to latest version also the same problem continues. Very bad app management by the store. Poor service.

They sell used products.. My second purchase. Now stopped to order. Hope the owner of this company understand. Never buy product from this site. They do partial delivery. Like i ordered 2 items but received only one. Package was tampered. When asked delivery he said pls connect customer care. Customer care said we need two days to check this. Not good experience purchasing from this app.

Pathetic, sorry world's most pathetic shopping app. A shoddy supply chain management and poor customer support. Placed order twice using two different accounts both orders for cancelled forcibly without any notification after waiting for good 6-7days. On top, customer services are just worst in class. Not at all recommended.

Product Exchange facility is not available in this application. Delivery charge is not providing in refund in case of cancellation even size mistake is from company end. So we need to pay double delivery charge in case of size correction required. 33% delivey charge to be paid in my case because of size issue in product. I escalated this case to customare care vis voice/mail/app but still solution is not provided. No response from customer care team also.

They've further developed the generally speaking application a ton since I last utilized it. The bugs and minor errors have all been fixed.
