About this app

Teamference is a mobile app for improved User Engagement during events and for internal use only. Built for Saint-Gobain India Private Limited, this app is restricted only to the guests, partners and vendors of Saint-Gobain and hence requires an authorized login to access the app’s features.

Guests with a valid employee number and official email address are verified. We collect a photo ID during a one-time registration process – as this is required by the event management team to book the travel and accommodation for the guests. Once registered and authorized, the Users can view the Welcome Message by the Senior Management and other updates.

The mobile app is integrated to a centralized backoffice content management system from where the day-to-day notifications are sent. Teamference is a creative app that lets the users discover the agenda for an event on-the-go, rather than viewing it upfront. This builds excitement and participation, and entertains the audience in a unique way.
