Says the battery is dead when it is fully charged so not much use there and regularly says it can't connect to the bike. Niu should give all users an extended free trial (currently a year) until this app works properly. Would be handy if app told you if alarm was set (sometimes I forget and saves going back to bike). I also suspect that it doesn't record distance accurately on past trips.

In one year i rider nxr 45 27000km .no problem by the grace of allah.only break pads i change and both tyres winter tyres because the tyres which come with scooter in rainy weather was too much slipy and i was not satiffied from friction of road and tyre.

Really appreciate this app & the developing team...one thing i would like to see if possible to the developer not only the app but also the ride developing team; would love to get th update of the clock/digital clock on to the display of the ride, currently I'm the user of N1S CIVIC. Feels like the clock on the screen would have made everything complete. One more features if possible in near future app: the lock and unlock system and indicator light from the app would be great Thank you #peace

this app got better over time and some updates please add to the app notification when the scooter reach 80% battery or full battery!

The scooter is great but the app one big mess, constantly losing ride data, notifications not coming through, missing functions...you name it. Come on, Niu, you can do better!

I'm not getting any alerts as SMS format any longer since I changed my handset. Things like unauthorized movements are not reported on my phone. Just logged in the app but no SMS are received.
