I don't like this app.. At free trial the questions are answered within 15 minutes but after taking subscription it takes a lot of time to solve a single question many times it takes more than 30 minutes for answering and at last my question was rejected by saying it as out of curriculum.... It's ridiculous seriously..... And also a question which I asked before 4 months is still showing in my question bar and whenever I try to delete or remove that question it shows as it is still solving..😑😑

Its not a perfect app but easy to use and they answer your questions in like 2 mins. They are getting answered by teachers or profs you can discuss the question with a teacher some of them dont replay but most of them tries to. If you need an app that is fast an easy to use this app is perfect for you! Just a note: They only earn 0,5 on each question so dont think they earn much and think twice before you say it is so expensive ... READ IT FOR INFORMATION

After the recent update I'm not able to chat with teacher for additional queries on the same question I have asked. Also my previous questions which I have asked are no more visible in the inbox which the app promised would be visible even after the subscription would have expired. Though I'm still continuing my subscription I'm still not able to get in touch with the previous question I had asked. I have no choice of rating my tutors whether they are good or bad. The app got old with update

One image sending answer is the worst update they have provided us.All of my classmates complaining about this but they are not changing it! We all need to wait two three hours for getting our one question solved. Support team in the app not bother to reply frequently!!. Just remove this one photo sending answer reporting bug from the app!!!

Best doubt clearing app. But the answers by the tutors should be more vividly explained. Also sometimes the tutors give wrong answers or already explained answers on the net and many a times they take much much longer time to reply the follow up doubt regarding there answer which is awful. Sometimes when they can't answer they say that the question is out of curriculum although it is in IIT-JEE/AIIMS Syllabus.They also end the chat on their own when they can't answer properly. Rest is good.

Not good, they didn't able Answer my question and if you want to do it that way so be it.in addition to that they aren't giving a teacher to answer my question. I Was waiting for tutor to appear more than half a hour and not only that they aren't showing up any video relating to my subject. If i have to give it more than a hundred times negative rating than mine would be accross this world.
