Can't give zero stars? As soon as I downloaded, and signed up with the app the spam calls started. It's been a month and I have not had a single day without a half a dozen spam calls now. I am positive that Next Step sold my contact info to telemarketing companies given both the timing, nature of the spam calls, and my limited use of other apps or services. Wasn't conducive to convincing me to work with them further. Definitely have to change my phone number now.

Great app and a great way to get your CNA. I finished the app before Thanksgiving, finished my labs and I am just waiting to go to labs in the next week or two. I highly recommend this program. The mentors are great and so are the RNs in lab.

I absolutely love this app. It's so simple to learn how the app works. The classes are at my pace and my support coaches are always there motivating me to move forward.

Great platform and super user friendly. Has the occasional glitches here and there but, they always fix them quickly when they do occur.

I did this and now regret it i have to pay tuition for something i was getting help with tgrough my mentor who just left me hanging at the end if you dont nor cant accpet first job placement youll have to pay tuition. Dont forget travel time no labs are in pueblo. And if you got kids you better have a good support system.

It worked for the first half of the first challenge, but then it stopped loading. I even uninstalled it and installed it. Still the same issue.
