Problems with this app. I'm asked to initiate or sing in again and does not download the paper. I'm a paid subscriber on the Gazette an would like to be able to have it at the cottage. It's very frustrating. Worked fine for a day or so, then st This morning refused to work. If this keeps up, I will have to cancel my subscription . It's a piece of junk. Still doesn't work, I will now have to read "La Presse " on the New York times. For your info La Presse has a very good epaper. Very interesting.

Love getting the paper automatically every day. I don't see the notation that there are comments and, when it shows there are comments for an article, it is not always straightforward accessing them. I touch the green square and different options show up. I sometimes have to touch the article for the comments option to come up and then click on that option to see the comments.

2020-05-01 requires me to uninstall and reinstall daily. Each morning begins with a splash screen of an old front page, then an error message that either too many devices are connected (only two) or that there is no internet connection. Uninstalling, reinstalling, and signing in gets me the paper. What a pain. Android 9 Patch level 2020-03-01 Support suggested that I use the website instead of the app!

Changes made to the App are definitely not an improvement. It continues to work well on my PC but not on my cell nor my tabloid tablet. Every morning, I have to uninstall the App and then reinstall it. There is definitely a glitch in their program. Charles

Went from 5 star to 1 after last big change update. Finally the arrow links letting you read rest of article are working at least some of the time. So 3 stars for time being but this app is seemingly getting better and so are my Hope's that soon I will be able to add another star or two.

The new update for epaper is very bad. It refuses to sign me in. I have had to uninstall it and now can't reinstall it. Go back to the old version. #2: In the last few days, I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it going. This app works very poorly and is very frustrating for the customer.
