App is a solid 5, for the channels that work: it's amazing! Service: the channels that don't: NO support. Webplayer simply disappeared! They don't respond to emails or texts (we don't use fbook). Biggest problem for me: None of the NBA game channels work. Provide any sort of support and I'll be happy to revise this.
