The previous app had a FANTASTIC widget that this one doesn't have. I also lost SO MUCH data switching over. I track my progress pretty diligently, so this is very frustrating. I went from being a healthy bioage of 24 to now 45...? My fragile pride can only take so much. To be fair, this app is aesthetically very nice and relatively user friendly, but i have become very accustomed to the old app. Overall, not digging it one bit.

If your gym isn't offering this yet, you need to request it. It's a game changer, whatever your fitness goals. Technology will help you cut thru all the conflicting guidance out there. I'm only two days in and seeing immediate results already.

Warum ist die Version jetzt auf 3.0? Ich sehe keinerlei Änderung 💀 Please support other languages, add a dark theme as well as fix a synching bug that doesn't update the "BioAge" page within the app and also make sure that adding exercises manually works as expected and gets synched as expected! 🙏
