The app is user friendly, but... I'm not finding where you put in for free samples of coffee, like it says to on the website (via email). When checking out on the website, my app immediately opens, but my order doesn't transfer. It would be nice to see the special offers that are sent via email on the app as well. Maybe a "special offers" tab on the bottom of the app page would be awesome!

Update. Still having problems with the app freezing.Every time I order there are some problems. Today it took hours to make a simple order. My bank verified payment numerous times but I kept having to fill in the information over and over again. Credit card info was not stored even when I checked the box to store it. If this keeps happening I think I'll switch to something I can buy in the local supermarket.

I was constantly going on line to the website to place/view my orders until I discovered this app. It's easy to use and quite convenient, as it signs in automatically when you open it up and it will retain your info if you want it to without having to sign in every time. My only beef is that after viewing a specific item in detail, when I go back, it takes me to the beginning and not where I left off. Overall, I'd give this app an B++.

It's ok. Sometimes a bit slow but it gives the essential info needed. Wish I didn't want to click on each coffee to get a brief explanation of what it's like. It uses News as the homepage which seems a bit static. Would also love to be able to search for coffee with filters or be able to organize it in different ways other than just by size. Filters like acidity level, whether it's light/dark, flavors, etc. Overall, does the job in getting coffee and information about the coffee.

Terrible app - it never works. There's always a problem that causes the app to not allow you to click on order - it's just "grayed" out. You know the app stinks when you have to try and buy their products by calling them the old fashioned way. I've had to default to Amazon for my coffee ordering and unfortunately not all the flavors are on Amazon.

Slow. Promo codes never work or are sometimes inaccurate. For instance,, there was a promo for a free mug but the details below were for coasters. I entered the mug one and it was invalid. So I entered the coaster one and it didn't say invalid but it just flickered and never added to my cart.
