Terrible support. Even directly sending an email and a week later still no response. They don't have separate policies for refunds on "DELETED ARTIST ACCOUNTS". If you ask for refund, they'll completely ignore you even if you used their app for 3 years and have VALID REASON. They are quick to reply in most of the things but they never really listen to you. They'll fool you with their quick response time into thinking the devs actually cares about your feedback. Sad realization after 3 years.

I've been subscribed since 2020 and i witnessed the changes over the time. I understand that the screenshot option is disabled, but disabling the copy option as well? It's getting unreasonable already.

Love the app but a new update removed the ability to copy and paste. This makes using other translation apps impossible. Talking with a Japanese idol, the in app translator isn't the best. This really hurts the app. One feature request is being able to change the language without changing my phones language.

I was thinking, maybe make a feature, where you can react to the messages on secret mail, the same way we do on Facebook or Instagram, so that the idol can know you read the message since there's no pockets left. Also, I would appreciate and my wallet too, if you can do something about the pockets. I mean, subscribing to an idol, and then buy pockets every time to be able to message them? It's a little expensive honestly Overall I love the app🥰
