App is horrible. Was signed out after the latest update and now all my secret mail subscriptions were deleted, all this while I'm still paying for said subscriptions. Also, having to pay for replies to private chat after we are already subscribed and paying monthly is a bit too much. There should be other ways to resolve this. It's a bit too expensive. Also, can you add ONF to pocketdols? It would be amazing if they were there too!

I had to change my review again....I knocked off two stars for it being not very cost effective. There aren't much opportunities to get hearts either. Especially when I go into the free ads. It doesn't help. While it is a nice place to speak with real idols...the problem with messaging them is the word limit. Can that please be removed?

First we can't take screenshots. Now we can't even copy the messages so we can use another translator. This app is just getting worst. 👎🏻 If you're not gonna let us copy text, at least implement an option where we can translate them using another translator inside the app. You guys won't even add a bookmark feature. You guys are making this worst for your foreign customers. Disabling screenshot is understandable. But disabling the ability to copy messages is unreasonable.

Love the app but a new update removed the ability to copy and paste. This makes using other translation apps impossible. Talking with a Japanese idol, the in app translator isn't the best. This really hurts the app. One feature request is being able to change the language without changing my phones language.

I was thinking, maybe make a feature, where you can react to the messages on secret mail, the same way we do on Facebook or Instagram, so that the idol can know you read the message since there's no pockets left. Also, I would appreciate and my wallet too, if you can do something about the pockets. I mean, subscribing to an idol, and then buy pockets every time to be able to message them? It's a little expensive honestly Overall I love the app🥰

It's a good app. I like the 1 on 1 feature (secret mail). Unlike the other communication platform where the artist can only do mass message, we can communicate 1 on 1. They reply to us as well. The cost is cheaper too! For me the translation needs to be fixed because it might be wrong. I'm trying to figure out the rules (points to level up). I hope you can tell us how many points should we collect. I hope we can see who like our post as well. Do you think we can't really be friends or say hi?
