Now, as like their name they just resolve customer issues on "NOW" bases. As issues come everywhere but the main thing is the issue resolution time slot...they just resolve the issue within 1-2 hours of complain. Really helpful in this pandemic situation....best fruits and vegetables shopping app in karnal...thanks team now to be there for us.

The new interface of this app is very user friendly. Their customer support is awesome. Had some issue and they just got it resolved within few hours. It's the best grocery app in karnal

I think this application is not optimized as it should be . It takes so much time to get it load properly after having a high speed internet. They should required a good developers to get optimisation of this app. Hahahah they convenience me to delete or edit this review I thin they don't deserve any of star. First order take 2 day to get confirm then cancel automatically next day. Totally not recommended.

Really great👍👍!! Granted...it needs a little bit of upgradation regarding tracking orders but then overall it's awesome, even their customer service is good. Really deserves 5 star for their services and efforts.

Initiative is good but app not working, just downloaded and try to enter my number to login and it says try again later. Okk so i closed the app restarted it and after that its not even loading, its crashing as soon as i try to open it. Govt is going to deliver grocery using this app during lockdown, please explain what they will deliver when no one is able to even order somthing from this app.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had using an application. It is not streamlined, one can see the application code right in the menus, and quite simply it is frustratingly unresponsive.
