#1 priority * The bottom three buttons on Android get covered up, making it difficult to navigate the app. I'm on a Pixel 2. Other issues * There should be a way to only get notifications from certain groups. * I had some performance issues opening the app through a push notification. * Please don't put an ad in my face every day that I open the app. * The scroll speed feels sluggish compared to other apps. * There are tabs for groups that I don't follow in my notifications.

so many issues. buggy and laggy in general, crashes sometimes. I pay for a subscription to an idol's chats, but don't get notifications when they message and often the messages won't even load when I go to look at them. also, the translation will often show up under the wrong message. there's some cool content, but functionally it's just a mess.

I have a paid subscription to two artists on here and now messages from them (the paid feature) doesn't load, it just loads a blank screen, then tells me I have 100 unread messages that it won't show me? The customer center also doesn't load, it just has the perpetual wheel of death, so I can't even contact them directly to ask them to fix the issue 😭😭😭

Private message is nice but the app itself suck.it's the most glitchy app that I have ever use. It always freezes and crashes. The page scrolling sucks. Please hire some good developers!! It sucks that when you want to see the private messages of your idol, the app just keeps freezing and crashing... Drive me nuts. after many updates.. still keep showing blank screen when I try to open it...

My initial issues have been resolved for the most part. Please add Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube streaming awards for International fans. We currently can not purchase/use Melon. I wish there was a way to scan in previously bought albums. I bought 8 Fatal Love albums but was only able to scan 4 with the QR code inside. The others were bought before the QRs were included; I'd like to scan my whole collection back to Trespass.

Changing my rating to 1 star because it won't even load after the latest update. So many improvements to make but I can see that they're SLOWLY rolling out the updates fixing stuffs here and there. It's a new app, it's bound to have issues. We'll see how it goes over the years.
