I can't get the app to find the theatre in my city (country club hills, Illinois). This should be simple to do but apparently their IT team isn't fixing this issue.

Im logging in thru, when using the app but it asks for my password to purchase the tickets. I really dont remember the password I set up to it. But then again it wont let you reset it, because in the website there's no i forgot password option. Since they log in thru the Magical movie Rewards number and email. I don't get it

VERY irritating trying to get tickets... Kept asking me for a 'password' and I don't remember putting one in. So I deleted and reentered my card info and IT DIDN'T ASK ME TO SETUP A PASSWORD yet when I went again to get tickets AGAIN it asked me for a password.... Makes no sense!! App is also slow to load... Used to be a decent app...

I recently got the iPhone 7 plus and every time I log in to the Marcus app it freezes and I have to unintelligible and reinstall it (very frustrating). I do enjoy the app but please fix it soon. That's the only reason I gave it 1 star.

There's always an error & won't save my card info. I can't enter my card info either. I was unable to use my $5 reward last night at the concession stand because of it! Fix the bugs already! I will uninstall & reinstall yet again to see if this will finally work.
