Whats the point of having an app if they won't accept your order, not sure if it gets saturated but it just won't take my order after like 20 times trying

No problems I've had with the app, but I have to take off stars due to the point system. You have to have so many points to finally earn a reward. I have ordered with the app over 15 times (I eat viva too much.. i know), have yet to earn a reward and still have over 1000 points to go. I'd definitely say I'm a loyal customer, but im still "aji status" according to the app. People will probably order more if it was easier to earn rewards.

I just updated the app, and have not been able to log in to my account since then. I have repeatedly tried resetting my password, all resulting in error messages. Waiting for the reset email responses alone has taken over 10 minutes each time. Until this is resolved (and I hope quickly!) I won't be ordering Viva.

Good app. Easy to customize the order. Only downside - wish it had the ability to store more than 1 credit card. I use different cards depending on the order, and it's a nuisance to keep typing in numbers.

Only getting 3 stars because your app don't work. I just download it for the first time. This is my first time here. The food looks delicious! But it really bothers me that the app doesn't work. First impressions are everything to me. It was disappointing!
