(1) Multiple people struggle and cluster a single wooden notice board for seeing the newly released information, e.g. Exam results/date Sheets etc...
(2) People mutilate, remove or destroy paper notices from the notice board leaving other people to be uninformed.
(3) Some people do not have enough time to settle down and read all the relevant information displayed on a notice board especially where digital printout cannot be made easily.
(4) There is unregulated display of information, difficulty in storage and no efficient reference to past relevant information being posted.
Educational, institutions and other Organizations whether small or big rely on digital format, as a way to increase dependency on electronic media. We are avoiding traditional means to pass messages and information.
The system will primarily be mobile-based supplementary application program (commonly referred to as “Apps”) for today’s leading operating platforms like Android™. So as to facilitate easy access to all users regardless of their location. Apart from this, it will be managed via browser to update and add the information.
These applications are very user-friendly and will have features like auto-update and push messaging for user convenience.
