The App has lots of bugs. Doesn't work properly. Need lots of improvement. I am so disappointed. I had posted a question for solution few days before. You answered that question. When I opened that pic of solution, rhe app asked me for rating that question. There are 3 options for rating. Since that day my App is stuck there. As if a deadlock has been created. I even tried tapping on all the 3 rating options but it is not going anywhere. Couldn't authenticate account error msg is coming. The app is not taking me to the login page even. Thnx

There is no evident QR Code scanning menu to register the book in my device as mentioned by Mr. Rakesh Yadav on his YouTube Video. I am looking for explanations to various answers in the book. But all I can see is the option to ask doubts that's it. How do I scan the QR code on each page and see video explanations? I liked the innovative idea but I must say it lacks intuitive user experience...

A very good initiative to provide help to students in remote parts. Suggestions for improvement: Sometimes, when I post " More explanations needed" comments to some answer given through the app, the same explanations are replied back to me. It doesn't provide more detailed explanation as requested. I think there is scope of improvement in this regard.

Good initiative. But needs lots of improvements. Two or three days after posting the questions we get solutions. So that's not good. Solution should be provided within an hour. If you can work on this, the app will go to top on list.

It is good initiative and good work of whole team and i appriciate it but When i installed it and open it. It notified that "could not authenticate account". i posted a picture of my doubt.then the option of select unit did not open...I am in doubt so please resolve it....

This app was the great initiative to help the students I appreciate the effort but This app was built to answer the questions but I posted my questions 2-3 months ago still I m seeking for answer I thought there may be any problem with my id so I made a new id for this app and posted the same questions again still more than 1 months has passed the condition is same I m not getting a single answer of any question, it was my compulsion to give one star(which this doesn't deserve) to this app bcoz I had to post my feedback. extremely disappointed!!!
