This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing OnCommand® Link on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

About this app

The OnCommand® Link device that accompanies this application is a wireless vehicle adapter that connects to 9-Pin class 8 semi-truck diagnostic port.  The device will provide Vehicle Health Reports that can be viewed in the OnCommand Connection portal, and will also provide users the ability to update the software on the vehicle’s engine control modules. The OnCommand® Link mobile application is designed to enhance the user experience for OnCommand® Link.  The application will incorporate all of the components of OnCommand® Link in one place.  The application features include:

Connect to the OnCommand® Link by capturing the QR code or using password


Configure the OnCommand® Link to connect to Wi-Fi networks



Store a preferred Wi-Fi network in the application that can be passed to all future OnCommand® Link devices even if the preferred network is not in range of the vehicle being configured

Upload Vehicle Health Reports to OnCommand® Connection without connecting OnCommand® Link to Wi-Fi by using the internet provided by the mobile phone
