They have done much improvements specially on logging in, the app is much stable now BUT I still cannot add or grant access to three rest of my family members. The app denies the pin code when the enter it.

Disappointed to say the least. Can't connect to panel. Can't get notifications...the app is basically just taking up space on my phone and this is supposed to be a tool that assists in life and death situations. I do not recommend this at all

FSK Electronics solved my problem. When I use the app on my phone any day or night any time the response excellent. My phone informs me what is armed and disarmed in seconds. My alarm does not have QR code and the serial number is nowhere. Alarm goes off and command centre does not even phone me or dispatch a vehicle to my redidence...
