DUAL is not even worth one star! I read all 3 apps review from Dual, what brought me here today for this app is because my Volume control broke, then remote stop working! I've only had this head unit for 2 years, it's the most worse POS ever bought from Walmart. I'm switching back to Kenwood from bestbuy asap. At least there products last longer and works. (I've tried the app in the past, didn't work) only way I can get my unit to work now is mute/unmute then touch screen volume fast. 🤦♀️

Doesn't work not worth downloading ever again. Needs many many upgrades.

not very much to do with the radio from the app, and everything that the app can do is no more than having a shortcut I'm using your actual wall radio. I found it easier to use my steering wheel remote control over using the app.

This app doesn't work. It won't sync with your phone and radio. Even when you're radio is Bluetooth to it.

Just purchased a new car stereo for Christmas. Everything operated fine until I used the app. Turned the stereo off using the app and now it will not turn back on.
