Great focal point, great mantra... I would gladly pay to not hear the intro after the first time and to have the geometric be alone in the center... but thank you very much for this!

I like the idea and some of the other users comments but I found the breathing in and out so fast I was unable to get a complete breath in or out so I deleted this app. if it was recreated allowing for a natural more complete breathing rhythm I would use this app and rate it much higher. as for now this app is not practical for someone wanting to breath at a meditative or relaxing pace or for that matter one that is not hyperventilating!

Seriously Dwammmmmnnnnnn that was intense but in the best way ever i feel so relaxed and very opened to my 3rd eye again!!!! I see again life puts so many strifes that you forget whats really inside yourself. Thank you!!!
