TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - an incredibly disappointing experience with this Naaptol . I received a broken product, and when I reached out for a replacement, their customer service was not responding —no one bothered . The lack of accountability and poor service make it impossible for me to recommend this platform. They didn't even case about their customers. They just saying complain will resolved in 2 days . Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for reliable and customer-friendly services.🚫

Very very bad experience, this people give you low quality items at very high price and then show it as discounted price item and once you return the product, you will never get back your amount as refund, you have to purchase some other thing only that too with the same amount of money I repeat never purchase from this app or from naaptol television marketing. You will be cheated for sure. Your sales team has asked me to buy the same item for 2 pieces even though I don't want it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - I wish there had a 0 rating * so that I can provide that itself.. The worst products and they'll show one and deliver another product. It's quite waste of watching and purchasing them. There is no return amount for the product if you don't like it , they'll generate a voucher and we need to utilise it as no other option. WASTE WASTE & WORST. Don't ever go to this site..

It is not a good app. I prefer snapdeal for online shopping because products are in good and affordable prices. And if you have an issue with any product they will solve it quicker than Naaptol. Naaptol take a lot of time to solve the problem and the product will become more costlier than before.And the product quality is also bad in naaptol.

Worst service ever... DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE, APP OR THEIR LIVE TV SHOWS. If there was 0 star rating option, I would have given that. Their customer service as well as refund policy is awful. They don't refund in cash instead they offer you refund vouchers and that too are valid only for 6 months. Their products quality is also pathetic. How would I order something in a 6 month time period when they keep on showing the same products again and again.

Worst and fraud app. They all are fraud with a very good fraud system setup by them. If product is not good or you dont like they will not refund any amount but they give you coupon for same amount of the product.(* this thing is not tell you by customer support when you buy the product*) 3. Then after returning product call came from customer service that you have to buy the product right now on call by redemption of coupon and the product u have to choose is of their choice at the same time.
