dec 24th 2023- ecoupons show available but don't load to clip. just loading circle of doom even though I'm logged in. Weis is across the street but I've had to switch to foodlion Nov 23rd: I'm not sure what's going on with your ecoupons but I got off work at 4:30 and they still won't let me clip. just a loading circle. I've tried for e stopping the app, wifi, just cellular, logging out and back in. I had several items I wanted the shown coupon for and none of the coupons would let me clip them.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse they release a new way to annoy. Now when I try to open the app I get a message saying it needs to be updated. When I click update it takes me to the Play store which doesn't offer to update just open. When I selected open it takes me back to the app needs updated screen. Nice I can't get in. It sucks in having to turn off wifi to connect. Other issue is availability not based on actual inventory at the store but all items the store carries.

This app is just awful! Glad to see it's not just me having issues! It keeps crashing everytime I click on a coupon! On top of that I now have to waste even more time clicking on EACH individual coupon to clip it! Before I could just go down the list. Yeah it was slow but it worked. I don't have time to look at each coupon when there's 100 of them! Add a damn click all button already!!! It doesn't save the store location or my log in info anymore either.

Whoever redesigned the new app needs to be fired. I don't know whose idea it was to clip coupons this way where you have to slide it over to reveal the clip feature but it's horrible and not user friendly especially when you want to just clip all? Why isn't there a clip all feature? There should be. There should be a way to select as many as you want and clip them at the same time. Besides that,the app keeps crashing and shutting off and it logs me out and asks me to log back in every time.

This new redesigning of the app is horrible. Every time I go to hit the coupons it crashes, I am now uninstalling it and trying to reinstall, and we'll see if that works. The old adage of if it ain't broke, don't fix, it goes to you guys. It was so simple before I am loved that app. Downloaded the app. Still not working correctly. What to do? I think with this many complaints you need to look in to it. . Thank you

Over and over again this app fails to recognize my settings and preferences. I tell it my favorite store then it changes upon checkout and logs me out. No where can I fix it once it decides a store 20 miles away is good. When I close the app,I lose everything I added to my cart. This has repeatedly been an issue that I thought was going to be fixed with the app redesign. Nope.
