The new app sucks. It doesn't give you options to retrieve your password. Without the password it says you can continue as a guest but it does not let you add anything to your shopping cart or get past a few items that IT puts up for you to see. So I'm guessing that if you don't have an account or a shoprite card then you can't shop here. Fix the app. Make it user friendly for someone who may just want to shop at your store instead of giving thier whole life story just to buy some milk and bread.

This new App totally sucks. Please give us back the old app back. There is no easy way to get access to the circular. All noted sales are all over the place and there is no easy way to navigate without multiple input strokes. This may be good for the young and App savvy folks but for the everyday simple user that are devoted and dedicated ShopRite customers, this a total regression. I hope that the senior leadership at ShopRite are monitoring these reviews and efforts will be made to retract this application.

This app is very easy to use and I had to reinstall it after trying out the new ShopRite app. The new app is horrible and they need to drop it. It uses background tracking whereas this one does not. This version is so much easier to clip digital coupons and view my ShopRite card at the register. Everybody should download this one to show ShopRite that this app needs to be the one that stays!!!

Ever since the new Shoprite app has been created I've had no end of trouble logging into this app. I don't like the new app because it is too troublesome to load digital coupons if I can manage to get into it. I keep getting messages that there are server issues. I really like being able to save money with the digital coupons but this is getting ridiculous.

They redesigned it and it's multiple clicks to get everything. The new circular is page by page with 2 clicks to get to each page, then 2 to get out of each page. The old one flowed from page to page. That is one example. There are numerous examples from coupons to other parts that have gotten worse. I'll be removing the app and looking for other options. There are 3 other stores with similar prices and more convenience. I will look to them

I used to love this app. The digital coupons were really saving me money. Now, out of nowhere the app won't open. It just freezes as soon as I open it. I have to hard close the app to regain control of my phone. Not sure what happened but PLEASE FIX IT! Uninstalling until there is a solve.
