Just use Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Its not worth the 2 hour wait to be delivered directly.

Ordering through that app means you wait longer for your food. The driver gets the wrong address or info or no address at all. And you may or may not even get your food at all and be left having waited almost two hours not knowing what the hell is going on. When emailed support they just said the food at been delivered at so and so time. Despite me clearly saying it hadn't in the email before hand. Food shouldn't be this difficult to order but yet they find a way to make every process a pain.

Doesn't refresh when delivery is available, payment amount is wrong if you use a voucher, there's no way to turn off notifications (it advertises itself to you at random). I didn't get my advertised birthday voucher because I paid for dinner at the time of my partner's birthday. It even has little text things telling you that it doesn't refresh for opening times and that the voucher doesn't appear until after checkout. Don't put up signs telling me how to jiggle the door to get in - fix it.

Fix your app. Tried to order delivery, popped in my address and it said that it doesn't deliver to my location (2km away). Decided to give it another go because we were pretty set on burgers, reloaded the app, did the exact same thing and this time it worked. Looked through the menu and picked our burgers and it said 'Ordering Unavailable'. Didn't bother trying to work this out. After this, we decided to order some place else. Fix your app, you are losing customers.
